I have a confession – I’ve been unfaithful. Not only I have neglected you but I have also been involved in other relationships for the past few months. I’m sorry I never really made time for you. Truthfully, I’ve been unfair as I have been more involved into books, plant designs and badminton rather than spending any time with you. All I did was dropping by once in a blue moon, hoping that you wouldn’t think that I’ve forgotten you. Really, I have not, is just that I was too preoccupied. I have an excuse and I don’t know whether it will work but heck, I’m going to try anyway. You see, I don’t want to treat you like another assignment such as the book review about Malaysia that I had to do or like designing an ethylene oxide plant as if it would really cost PETRONAS millions of dollars if I didn’t. They ain’t fun to do but they’re required of me. I wanted to be free from all these nuisance, so that I can spend quality time with you. That’s why I have only come back to you now, bloggie. Hope you understand. I’m going to make it up to you by filling you with many many things. For starters, here’s one where we went hiking in a not so high-land. Better ones are yet to come.
6.00 am. We departed very early in the morning as if we were going reach the peak of the everest by noon.
Let’s move it. It was almost pitch black but fortunately we had two moons that morning. One was of course the natural satellite, the other was Chung Ginn the Gandalf. I almost believed that werewolves would jumped on us – first they would eat up Kelvin as he’s most illuminated and probably those who could camouflage well in the dark would live to tell his legacy – on how he found the werewolves’ hair beautiful, and how wonderful a breakfast he would be to them and wished them an excellent meal before taking his final breath.
Yeay~ we survived! Too bad, Kelvin’s positive attitude was not tested as we all reached safely.
So we began to take pictures as proof that we’re conquered a very dangerous mountaineous track in Menglembu.
Oh yea, on the way, we picked up a squirrel aka “tupai” and named her Stephanie.
She showed us how to nibble using the front tooth.

She kinda grew on some of us and soon became our lovely mascot on the next episode. So stay tuned~
Her friends, the monkeys, showed us some pretty good tricks too.
Aiyo~ I’m so shy. hehehe~
Oh dear roomate, luckily you weren’t eated by werewolves. Otherwise who would cut hair for me.
It’s time to jump off the cliff. Bye bye.
We landed safely on our feet. Let’s eat!
We occupied 5 tables!
Good business for auntie that day…
What a fantastic time we had! We got to enjoy the nature, we got to sweat, we got to see sunrise, we got to eat and best of all, we came back with a dwarf-sized squirrel.
Here In My Batch
Aug 15th
In the spirit of FRIENDSHIP, I would like to preface this particular blog to congratulate China for throwing the most spectacular Olympics opening ever. Well done Beijing, China!
In the spirit of FRIENDSHIP also, that my lovely batch of July 04 had come together to BBQ, to play, to have fun, to share, to talk (crap), and to sing the unity song – Lovely!
WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, GREAT are the three words, habitually used by Kelvin Goh, fit to describe our recent batch outing in Teluk Batik.
